This easy, high-protein snack is right for entertaining or should you’re craving a wholesome nibble.


250 g cottage cheese

1 small shallot; finely chopped

1 clove garlic; crushed

2 tbsp chives; chopped


freshly floor black pepper

To serve:

1/2 head broccoli; lower into florets

1 massive carrot; lower into batons

1 purple pepper; thickly sliced

4 spring onions; trimmed

100 g radishes; halved


Step 1.

Put the cottage cheese in a bowl with the shallot, garlic and chives. Combine effectively, then season to style with salt and pepper.

Step 2.

Blanch broccoli in boiling, salted water for two minutes, then plunge into chilly water. Drain effectively and blot dry with kitchen paper.

Step 3.  

Serve the dip with broccoli, carrot, peppers, spring onions and radishes on the aspect.
