Sweetened with dried apricots and filled with wholesome fat, these tasty snacks are certain to please. Better of all, there is no such thing as a cooking concerned.  

Components

100g cashews

50g almonds

150g dates

100g dried apricots

2 tbsp chia seeds

3 tbsp coconut flakes

1 tbsp linseeds

 

 

Methodology

Step 1.

Coarsely chop the cashews with the almonds in a blitz chopper. Reduce the dates and apricots into small items and add each to the chopper, along with the chia seeds, 2 tbsp coconut flakes and the linseeds. 

Step 2.

Grind every part right into a malleable paste, including 1-2 tsp water as wanted. 

Step 3.

Form into approx. 20 small balls and chill on a tray for about half-hour. Sprinkle on the remaining coconut flakes earlier than serving.

Makes 18-20 balls.
