Components

200g strawberries

250g pineapple flesh

400ml coconut milk

2 handfuls ice cubes

2 tbsp lemon juice

Technique

Step 1. Hull the strawberries. 

Step 2. Reduce the pineapple flesh into items and purée in a blender along with the strawberries, coconut milk, ice cubes and lemon juice.
