Mini burgers with hen, sun-dried tomatoes and mozzarella

40g sun-dried tomatoes
1 pink chilli
350g minced hen breast
freshly floor black pepper
3 tbsp breadcrumbs

Preheat the grill to excessive. Peel the shallot and chop finely with the sun-dried tomatoes. Finely cube the chilli.
