160g watermelon flesh

80g Parma ham; 8 skinny slices

30g basil; approx. 16 leaves

125g mini Mozzarella balls; approx. 8 balls

freshly floor black pepper

2 tbsp olive oil


Step 1.

Lower the watermelon into eight cubes, thread every onto a small wood skewer with a slice of Parma ham, two basil leaves and a mini Mozzarella ball.

Step 2.
