Luke Hines’ Walnut Crunch Granola 

Components

2 cups rolled oats

1 cup walnuts, roughly chopped

1/2 cup macadamias, roughly chopped 

1 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

1 tbsp vanilla extract

1 tsp floor cinnamon

1/2 cup plain greek yoghurt or your favorite yoghurt, to serve

Step 1. 

Preheat your oven to 180C and line a big baking tray with baking paper.
