Fruit ice lollies
Components
For tropical smoothie:
3/4 cup of pineapple juice
1 banana
1 cup frozen mango
1 cup frozen pineapple
For berry smoothie:
1 cup of apple juice
1 banana
1 cup frozen mango
1 1/2 cups frozen blended berries
For inexperienced fruit smoothie:
1 cup of apple juice
2 peeled kiwi fruit
2 cups child spinach leaves
1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
For stack of fruit ice lollies:
250 ml berry smoothie
250 ml tropical smoothie
250 ml inexperienced fruit smoothie
Methodology
Step 1.
For tropical smoothie, add the pineapple juice, banana, mango and pineapple in a blender, mix till utterly easy.
Step 2.
For berry smoothie, add the apple juice, banana, frozen blended berries in a blender, mix till utterly easy.
Step 3.
For inexperienced fruit smoothie, add the apple juice, kiwi fruit, frozen pineapple chunks, child spinach leaves in a blender, mix till utterly easy.
Step 4.
To make single flavour fruit lollies, use every smoothie to fill 4 holes of a 12-hole ice lolly mould. Insert lolly sticks in keeping with the producer’s directions.
Step 5.
Freeze for not less than 6 hours or till stable earlier than un-moulding.
Step 6.
To make twin flavour lollies, half fill the moulds with one kind of smoothie and freeze for 4 hours with out including lolly sticks. Add a contrasting colored smoothie, insert the sticks and freeze for an additional 3 hours.
Step 7.
When you desire, you may make your personal smoothies by mixing your chosen fruits with an equal quantity of white grape juice.
